Product Overview
Steel Fixture Welding Table,also widely known as 3D Modular Welding Table, is a high-precision modular fixturing platform built for metal fabrication, welding assembly and dimensional inspection. Constructed from stress-relieved Q355 steel plate with nitrided hardened surface, this grid-hole workbench supports fast workpiece positioning and secure clamping via interchangeable fixture kits. Available in D16 / D22 / D28 standard hole systems, 2D or 3D five-sided machining options. It eliminates costly custom fixed jigs, guarantees repeatable welding accuracy for batch production, and fits both manual welding and robotic welding cells. Multiple tables can be seamlessly spliced to handle large steel frames, chassis and structural components.

- Includes quick-action clamps, locating pins, right-angle positioning blocks, angle supports, V-blocks, extension supports, stop blocks, and bolt assemblies. The platform combined with these fixtures constitutes a complete Steel Fixture Welding Table.

The 3D version includes standard holes on the top surface as well as all four side faces, enabling positioning across X, Y, and Z axes. The 2D version features holes only on the top surface, offering a more cost-effective solution.

What documents can you provide for orders?
We can supply Mill Test Certificate (MTC), dimensional measurement report, hardness inspection report, CE certificate and ISO9001 documents. Manufacturer authorization (Form F) is available for tender projects.
How to maintain the steel fixture welding table?
Clean weld spatter after use, blow iron chips out of holes regularly. Check table level and adjust adjustable feet every 6 months. Do not drop heavy items or perform flame/plasma cutting directly on the tabletop.
