About our product
The steel welding table is a modular tooling system made of high-strength steel and featuring a precision grid of holes; it is used for the high-precision, repeatable, three-dimensional positioning and clamping of workpieces during welding and assembly.
Basic Parameters
- Standard dimensions (L × W, mm): 1000×1000, 1200×800, 1500×1000, 2000×1000, 2400×1200, 3000×1500, etc. (customizable).
- Tabletop thickness: 12mm (D16), 25mm (D28).
- Hole spacing / Hole diameter: D16 (50×50mm / φ16), D28 (100×100mm / φ28).
- Precision: Flatness 0.1mm/m; hole position accuracy ±0.03mm.
- Load capacity: 1–2 tons/m².

2D Steel Welding Table
- Only the top surface features standard locating holes; the side walls are solid (hole-free) and the structure is simple, limiting workpiece clamping and welding to the horizontal plane.
- While accuracy and load-bearing capacity match those of standard 3D welding tables, overall rigidity is lower, and the sides cannot be used for vertical or multi-angle positioning.
- Advantages: Lower price, high cost-effectiveness, compact footprint, and easy maintenance.
- Suitable for: Flat workpieces (such as plates and sheet metal) requiring only planar welding; high-volume production of single-type products; small, simple workstations; and scenarios with limited budgets.
3D Steel Welding Table
- Features a box-type reinforced base with a standard hole pattern evenly distributed across five surfaces (top and four sides), ensuring superior overall rigidity.
- Supports clamping in full 3D space-including horizontal, vertical, and inclined orientations-enabling vertical, fillet, and multi-angle welding; modular fixtures allow for flexible, free-form configurations.
- Advantages: Compatible with various frames, housings, pipe fittings, and heavy structural components; enables rapid tooling changeovers, making it ideal for high-mix, low-volume production.
- Applications: Welding of complex 3D workpieces in sectors such as automotive parts, construction machinery, and rail transit; suitable for scenarios requiring high tooling flexibility (note: overall cost is higher than 2D versions).

Base design
Featuring a one-piece frame, it offers maximum rigidity and exceptional stability; it is designed for fixed workstations and heavy-duty, long-term use, and is not mobile.
Modular assembly facilitates transport and on-site setup, making it suitable for extra-large platforms and cross-border logistics.
Equipped with heavy-duty casters and leveling feet; the high-load-capacity casters allow for mobility, while the screw-down feet lock the unit in place and ensure stability-offering a balance of flexibility and steadiness ideal for multi-station workflows.
The steel welding table comes standard with all-metal adjustable support feet, allowing for quick leveling even on uneven floors to ensure machining precision.


Quality Certificate

Daily Use and Maintenance
Promptly clear welding slag and spatter from the steel welding table surface after welding; do not strike the holes or work surface forcefully with sharp tools.
Periodically inspect locking pins and fixture threads, and apply anti-rust lubricant to prevent them from seizing due to rust.
When not in use for extended periods, clean the table thoroughly, apply anti-rust oil, and cover it to protect against dust.
Avoid prolonged, localized exposure to high heat in the same spot to minimize surface degradation.
