On-site installation and leveling
1. Site Conditions
The ground does not require a heavy concrete foundation, but it must be firm and located away from high-vibration equipment such as punch presses and forging presses. A 1.5-2m operating space* should be reserved around the workbench for easy workpiece hoisting, robot movement, and fixture assembly/disassembly.
> Vibration can cause the support legs to loosen, directly compromising repeatability.
2. Leveling Procedure
- - Use adjustable support legs/shims. Measure the table surface at five points: four corners + center point. Factory standard: ≤0.1mm/1000mm; Grade 0 high-precision table surface: ≤0.05mm/1000mm.
- - For multi-piece spliced table surfaces: the height difference between splice seams must be ≤0.03mm. Tighten the splicing bolts diagonally in stages to avoid forced pulling that could cause torsional stress on the table surface.
- - Welding generates thermal expansion. In workshops with large temperature differences, it is recommended to perform leveling in a cold state and then verify it in a hot state.
3. Lifting Precautions: Do not lift the platform from a single point; the lifting points specified by the manufacturer must be used. Collisions during lifting will directly cause local dents and permanent damage to the precision.
