Installation and use precautions
When installing the anti-loosening washers, just face the inner beveled surfaces of the two washers and place them between the nut and the connecting material. After the nut is tightened, the radial convex surface on the outer side of the anti-loosening washer is in a bite state with the contact surfaces at both ends. During the installation process, there is no need to use a torque wrench, and pneumatic tools can be used. In addition, anti-loosening washers are disposable, and used washers should not be used again. Every time a fastener is replaced, a new anti-loosening washer should be replaced at the same time.
Working principle
The working principle of this anti-loosening washer is that during assembly, the inner beveled tooth surfaces are relative to each other, and the outer radial convex surface is in a bite state with the contact surfaces at both ends. When the connecting part is vibrated and the bolt tends to loosen, only the inner beveled tooth surfaces of the two washers are allowed to move relative to each other, generating lifting tension, thereby achieving a 100% locking effect.
