I. Core Precision Indicators
Hole Precision: Standard hole spacing error should be ≤0.05mm (e.g., φ28 series hole spacing 100±0.05mm), verified using a plug gauge or coordinate measuring machine (CMM).
Flatness: The table surface deformation must be controlled within 0.02-0.05mm, which can be measured using a laser interferometer or a contour block + dial indicator.
II. Inspection Tools and Methods
Coordinate Measuring Machine: Performs 3D scanning of key holes on the platform and generates an error report.
Laser Interferometer: Detects table surface flatness and positioning accuracy, with a resolution of 0.001mm.
Repeatability Test: Multiple positioning of the same hole position should have a deviation ≤0.03mm.
III. Maintenance and Calibration
Regularly grind and repair worn surfaces; replace the table surface if severely deformed.
Stable ambient temperature is required to avoid thermal deformation affecting precision.
