1. Inspection Frequency
Routine Environment: Perform a comprehensive inspection monthly.
High Load/Harsh Environment: Inspect weekly or per shift.
2. Lubrication and Maintenance
Lubrication Cycle: Replace the grease every six months, or follow the manufacturer's recommendations.
Lubrication Method: After cleaning the lead screw with a cleaning solvent, apply an appropriate amount of lubricating oil or grease.
3. Wear Inspection
Gears and Bearings: Check for abnormal noise, vibration, or temperature rise. Replace if severely worn.
Ball Screws: Check axial clearance (e.g., C3 grade lead screws should be ≤0.02mm/1000mm).
4. Fastener Inspection
Regularly inspect and tighten all mounting bolts, coupling screws, etc., to prevent loosening due to vibration.
5. System Calibration
Regularly perform origin repeatability and positioning accuracy tests and compare with initial parameters.
