About our product
The 2D Welding Worktable is a planar positioning fixture platform designed primarily for the precise positioning and rapid clamping of workpieces within the horizontal X-Y plane. Lacking Z-axis height and spatial angle adjustment capabilities, it is optimized for applications involving planar welding, simple frame assembly, and inspection tasks.
- Planar Grid Positioning: Workpieces and fixtures are precisely positioned within the X-Y plane using a standardized hole pattern, eliminating the need for custom-designed tooling.
- Modular Assembly: Fixtures are assembled using a "building-block" approach; product changeovers require only the reconfiguration of the fixtures, reducing changeover time by over 80%.
- Rigid Support: A thick work surface combined with a sturdy base effectively suppresses thermal deformation caused by welding and dampens vibrations, ensuring dimensional stability.

- Material: Cast Iron (HT300) or Q355 High-Strength Steel; stress-relieved via aging/annealing to ensure no deformation under prolonged heavy loads or in high-temperature environments.
- Precision: Flatness ≤ 0.05 mm/m; Hole Position Accuracy ± 0.05 mm; features high repetitive positioning accuracy.
- Surface Treatment: Nitriding / Blackening / Rust Prevention; resistant to weld spatter adhesion and corrosion.

Wear Repair
- Wear Repair: For worn holes on the 2D welding worktable, wear-resistant positioning bushings can be installed; for localized depressions, spot welding and grinding can be performed (suitable for non-precision applications).
