Our 3D Welding Table with Wheels is a modular mobile 3D flexible welding fixture platform built for metal fabrication workshops. Integrated with heavy-duty lockable casters and adjustable leveling feet, it combines convenient mobility and rigid stability. Featuring a full 5-sided standard hole grid system, plasma nitrided tabletop and tight machining tolerances, this mobile 3D welding table allows fast reconfiguration of fixtures for diverse workpieces. Easily roll the table between welding stations, robotic cells and assembly areas; lower the leveling feet to lift casters off the floor to restore full rigidity during welding, ensuring consistent precision for both manual and automated welding jobs.

- Flatness: Standard ≤0.1mm/1000mm; high-precision (Grade 0) can reach ≤0.05mm/1000mm (via robotic welding)

- Casters: Heavy-duty, PU-tread, iron-core swivel casters equipped with dual brakes (wheel lock + directional/positional lock); high load capacity and floor-friendly.
- Support: Each leg is fitted with an adjustable leveling screw jack.
- Operational Logic:
✅ Mobility: Retract the screw jacks upward so the casters make contact with the floor, allowing the workbench to be moved around the workshop for transporting workpieces or relocating between workstations.
✅ Welding: Extend the screw jacks downward to lift the workbench frame, raising the casters off the floor. This creates a completely rigid, locked-in-place setup, preventing vibration or shifting and ensuring dimensional accuracy during welding.
- Optional Upgrade: Hydraulic lifting base (adjustable height from 700 mm to 1100 mm).

The system utilizes standard fixturing components for rapid setup, eliminating the need to fabricate custom welding jigs. Components include:
Locating pins, right-angle brackets, quick-acting clamps, support blocks, extension blocks, positioning stops, V-blocks, hinge clamps, and more.
Advantages: Allows for the quick reconfiguration of fixtures when switching between products, significantly reducing tooling preparation time-an ideal solution for high-mix, low-volume production.

How much is the total weight of mobile 3D welding table?

Depends on size & material. Example: 2000×1000 Q355 steel table (25mm thick) approx 1.4–1.8 tons, plus reinforced base and casters total around 2.2–2.8 tons. Cast iron version is much heavier.

Can casters be replaced separately if broken?

Yes, standard heavy-duty casters, easy to replace locally.

Can I use this table for plasma cutting?

Yes, but we suggest using cutting mat to protect nitriding surface from high heat damage. Do NOT cut directly on table surface for long time.

Warranty period?

1 year warranty for base, casters and machining defects. Wear parts (casters, screws) are excluded. Surface nitriding damage caused by improper operation is not covered.
