CNC Machined Welding Table,Also Known As 3D Modular Flexible Welding Table, Is A Precision Modular Fixturing Platform For Welding, Assembly And Inspection. Fully Cnc Machined With Strict Stress Relief And Nitriding Treatment, It Delivers Stable Flatness And Consistent Hole Tolerance. Equipped With A Complete Set Of Interchangeable Fixtures, It Enables Fast Workpiece Positioning, Reduces Custom Tooling Costs And Ensures Dimensional Repeatability For Manual Welding And Robotic Welding Cells.
Core Process
1. Rough blank cutting (laser/plasma cutting) → Artificial aging/annealing to relieve stress (eliminate internal stress in plates to prevent deformation from subsequent heating, essential for high-precision parts)
2. The CNC gantry machining center features integrated milling of the worktable, five-sided reference surfaces, and matrix positioning holes with H7 precision, ensuring hole spacing, flatness, and perpendicularity in a single process-eliminating the need for separate drilling and assembly
3. Surface Hardening: Nitriding (QPQ), surface hardness HV550~900, wear-resistant, prevents weld slag adhesion and rust, without affecting the toughness of the base material
4. Bottom reinforcement casting / welded ribs to enhance rigidity and reduce load-induced sagging

1. Welding Positioner of Displacement Machine: The welding table is fixed on the turntable of the displacement machine, and the workpiece rotates to reduce overhead welding; Generally customized with perforated adapter plates that match the tabletop holes
2. Robot base and seventh axis walking track: The robot is fixed next to the table, programmed offline, and continuously welded in batches (with the highest requirement for the accuracy level of the table)
3. Smoke and dust purification, welding slag collection tray (slag tray under the table for easy cleaning)
4. Protection: High temperature resistant countertop cover plate, silicone hole plug (plug the hole when not welding to prevent welding slag and iron filings from entering)
5. Laser ranging and visual inspection fixtures: The tabletop serves as the measurement reference platform at the same time

What Hole Sizes Do You Offer? Are The Accessories Interchangeable?
We Mainly Supply D16, D22 And D28 Hole Systems. D16 Is For Light & Medium Workpieces; D28 Is For Heavy Load And Robotic Welding. All Fixtures Follow Global Standard And Are Fully Interchangeable With Well‑Known Brands Such As Siegmund And Demmeler.
