Product Overview
D28 3D Flexible Welding Platform is a heavy‑duty modular welding fixture system, designed for positioning, clamping and assembly of large‑size heavy‑duty workpieces. Adopting Φ28 mm H7 precision hole system with 100 × 100 mm grid pitch, the table is 5‑sided perforated (tabletop plus four side faces). Combined with matching locking pins, angle blocks, square boxes, V‑blocks and clamps, it can build flexible 3D positioning fixtures quickly without custom‑made special jigs. It is widely applied in engineering machinery, vehicle frame manufacturing, steel structure fabrication, robotic welding workstations and workpiece dimension inspection.

- Integral CNC machining, artificial aging for stress relief; nitriding treatment, nitrided layer 0.25-0.35mm, surface hardness HV550-900, resistant to welding spatter, not easy to adhere to weld slag, wear-resistant and impact-resistant.
2. HT300 Gray Cast Iron (Cast Iron D28 3D Flexible Welding Platform)
- Casting + annealing and aging, better shock absorption performance, anti-deformation, suitable for high-precision welding; slightly higher cost, heavier.

> - Side perpendicularity to table surface: 0.1mm / 200mm
