High Precision Flat Welding Tables are modular tooling platforms that are ultra-precisely machined and possess excellent flatness, parallelism, and dimensional stability. Specifications and model number
The products are mainly divided into two series: D16 and D28. The D16 series mostly features a 50×50mm grid spacing, while the D28 series mostly features a 100×100mm grid spacing, accommodating different sizes of tooling fixtures.

Load Capacity: Small tables have a load capacity of approximately 1-1.5 tons, while large, heavy-duty models can support over 6 tons. For example, some models in the Alpha28 series can support up to 6000kg without casters.
Auxiliary Structures: Most tables are equipped with adjustable feet for easy leveling; some high-end models have tables that can be flipped, disassembled and reassembled, and even have positioning holes on the sides to support multi-directional clamping in both vertical and horizontal orientations.
