The Modular Fixture Fabrication Table is a high-strength worktable with a precision mesh hole system, paired with standardized, interchangeable fixture components, for rapid positioning and clamping of workpieces to complete welding, assembly, inspection, and light machining.
Working principle
Reference Positioning: The grid holes on the table provide an XYZ 3D reference, while locating pins/reference blocks determine the workpiece coordinates.
Flexible Clamping: Fixture components are assembled according to the workpiece shape, eliminating the need for custom-made tooling.
Repeatability:The hole system and fixture fit accuracy reaches **±0.02 mm, ensuring batch consistency.
Quick Changeover: Disassembly and reassembly are performed when changing products, reducing changeover time from hours to minutes.

Grid lines: 50 mm interval, with millimeter scale on the edge
Working surface: Five sides usable (holes evenly distributed on the top surface and four side surfaces)
Common materials: Q345/Q355 steel (16Mn), cast iron HT300 is also optional.
Treatment: Overall stress-relieving annealing; high-end gas nitriding (HV450–630, hardness approximately 58–62).
D28 series
Hole diameter: φ28.065～φ28.149 mm (D10)

Extra-large workbenches such as 2m×3m and 3m×4m can be assembled as needed, suitable for processing large components such as large vehicle frames, engineering machinery frames, and container components.
- 3D Expansion: The welding table, equipped with extended columns, extension brackets, and side-mounted fixtures, enables three-dimensional clamping. Beyond planar operations, it can perform side, vertical, and multi-angle workpiece positioning, unlike ordinary fixed workbenches.
- Functional Expansion Accessories: Guide rails, indexing plates, rotary positioning mechanisms, dust extraction interfaces, and protective baffles can be added, adapting to automated production lines and robotic welding stations.
