Installation and Maintenance Instructions
1. Check before moving: retract all leveling support feet and confirm that there are no protruding workpieces on the table to prevent collision
2. Implementation requirements: Move at low speed and do not forcefully cross large thresholds or grooves to avoid impact damage to the caster bearings
3. Pre welding operation: The workbench positioning is completed, the leveling feet are lowered, the casters are confirmed to be suspended, and the universal wheel brake is locked for dual protection
4. Daily maintenance
-Clean up welding slag on the table in a timely manner; Regularly clean the metal debris in the gaps between the casters
-Regularly add lubricating grease to the caster bearings
-Avoid a large amount of high-temperature welding slag directly dripping onto the casters
5. Grounding reminder: The nitriding layer insulation and welding ground wire must be clamped on bare metal
