Structure and composition
Screw: usually metal (such as carbon steel, stainless steel) with thread surface for transfer rotation force.
Expansion pipe (sleeve): metal pipe with teeth outside, soft material (such as aluminum, copper or galvanized steel). When screw is screwed in, the expansion pipe is deformed and the tooth is embedded in hole wall to increase friction.
Nuts / gaskets: Part designed with nuts for further locking.
