Leave a message
I. Regular Maintenance and Calibration
1. Cleaning and Inspection: Clean the table surface daily, removing welding slag and dust. Check for loose connections to prevent impurities from affecting accuracy.
2. Lubrication and Calibration: Lubricate moving parts such as guide rails and lead screws monthly. Calibrate flatness (error ≤ 0.05mm) every 3 months using a laser interferometer.
3. Replacement of Key Components: Regularly inspect and replace worn chucks and nozzles to ensure clamping stability and welding quality.
II. Environmental Control and Operating Procedures
1. Temperature and Humidity Management: Maintain an ambient temperature of 20±2℃ and humidity ≤ 60% to prevent thermal deformation and electrical moisture damage.
2. Vibration Isolation: Keep away from large equipment and use anti-vibration pads to reduce vibration interference.
3. Standard Operation:
Handle workpieces gently to avoid deformation of the table surface due to heavy pressure.
Check voltage and air pressure before operation to ensure stable equipment operation.
