3D Welding Table

Our 3D flexible welding assembly table is a modular coordinate fixture system built for precision part assembly, tack welding, inspection and pre-fit. Featuring full 5-sided H7 precision grid holes, it enables unlimited 3D positioning and clamping without custom dedicated jigs. Compatible with D16 / D28 standard fixture components, this welding table supports quick retooling for mixed small-batch production, robotic welding stations and large structure splicing. Available in nitrided Q355 steel or HT300 cast iron with strict flatness grades, it delivers stable repeat accuracy and long service life for fabricators across automotive frames, machinery, metal structure and sheet metal workshops

What is your warranty policy?

12 months warranty for the tabletop against manufacturing defects. Fixtures, locking pins and clamps are consumable parts and not covered. Damage caused by arc burn, grinding, overload, improper operation or high-temperature burning is excluded.

What certificates are available?

CE (ISO 12100), ISO9001, Mill Test Certificate, factory inspection report.

What is the MOQ?

MOQ is 1 set. We support single set sample order and bulk project orders.

Can you provide 3D STEP files for offline fixture simulation?

Yes. We can supply STEP / IGES models of the table for your CAD offline fixture planning and robot programming.
