The CNC 3D Welding Table is a high precision modular fixture platform manufactured by CNC machining for metal welding and assembly. The whole plate undergoes CNC drilling and milling to guarantee consistent hole position tolerance and excellent surface flatness. It adopts stress relief treatment after welding to reduce deformation risk under thermal cycling and heavy clamping pressure. The three dimensional hole grid enables multi angle workpiece fixing, which greatly improves the flexibility of complex metal fabrication. Custom dimensions hole diameters and surface materials are available to match different workshop and tender specifications. Every table will go through strict dimensional inspection before delivery to keep stable performance in long term continuous use.
