Built on the proven Φ28mm hole grid system, it lets you rearrange clamps, stops and supports however your part requires. Nitrided steel or cast iron build options hold their shape under heavy loads and welding heat. Link multiple tables together for extra-long fabrications, hook it up to robots or positioners, and cut your setup time right down. Built for structural steel, chassis, pipework and heavy equipment builds.

D28 3D Flexible Welding Fixture Table

- Hole diameter: Φ28 mm; H7 tolerance: 28.065–28.149 mm; compatible with D28 locating pins and M16 locking bolts/quick-release locking pins.
- Grid pattern: 100 mm × 100 mm square array, with a hole-center spacing tolerance of ±0.05 mm. For 3D welding tables (five-sided tables), holes are also provided on the four side faces: the top and bottom rows on the sides feature a 50 mm dense grid, while the middle section uses a 100 mm grid, supporting 3D (X/Y/Z-axis) clamping. 2D-style tables feature holes only on the top surface.

Total static load capacity: 3–5 tons (standard version); up to 8–10 tons for customized, thickened, and reinforced versions

Absolutely. The 5-sided hole layout allows direct mounting to positioner flanges, robot base plates, pneumatic and hydraulic clamping units. Widely used in automated robotic welding cells.
