1. Q355 / St52-3 Steel Plate Version (Welded Steel Table)
- Process: Cutting → Welding/Fabrication → Artificial Aging (Stress Relief) → CNC Surface Milling → Nitriding
- Nitriding Hardness: HV550–900; provides resistance to weld spatter, wear, and rust. This is the primary option for export.
2. HT250 / HT300 Cast Iron Version
- Offers superior vibration damping and absorption, with minimal thermal deformation. Ideal for high-precision inspection and precision welding. Features greater self-weight and a higher price point.
3. Precision Specifications (Standard Export Criteria)
- Flatness: ≤0.1 mm / 1000 mm (Grade 0 / Grade 1 precision)
- Hole Tolerance: H7; Hole Spacing Tolerance: ±0.05 mm
- Perpendicularity (Table Surface to Side): 0.1 mm / 200 mm

Wuxi Lemar welding Table

This system consists of positioning elements, support elements, clamping elements, and auxiliary components-all of which are interchangeable within the hole matrix (and compatible with European and American standards).

- Positioning: Locating pins, stop blocks, angle locators, V-blocks (for round tubes/shafts), 90° squares, and adjustable angle blocks (0–180°).
- Support: Support angles, U-shaped blocks, riser blocks, and extension connectors-used to elevate workpieces off the table surface, facilitating backside welding and slag removal.
- Clamping: Stepped clamping blocks, wedge-style quick clamps, toggle clamps (the preferred choice for high-frequency setup changes in mass production), T-style quick-locking bolts, and swing-away quick clamps.
- Auxiliary: Accessory carts, protective covers, cleaning scrapers, and hole plugs (to prevent weld spatter from entering the holes).
