Our nitrided welding table is a precision 3D modular welding fixture table treated with advanced plasma nitriding. Unlike ordinary coated welding tables, nitrogen atoms penetrate into the steel surface to form an integrated hard nitride layer with no risk of coating peeling. It delivers great wear resistance, low weld spatter adhesion, reliable rust protection and ultra-stable flatness. Compatible with D16, D22, D28 standard hole systems and global modular clamping accessories, it works perfectly for robotic welding lines, batch fabrication and high-precision assembly workshops, maintaining consistent positioning accuracy and extending the service life of your welding jigs.

What documents can you provide for export?
We can offer material mill certificates, nitriding inspection reports, flatness test records, CE documents, CO, Form A, Form E and other preferential certificates as requested.
What is your lead time?
Lead time depends on size, material, flatness requirement and order quantity. Standard nitrided welding tables normally take 15–25 working days after deposit confirmation.
Can I order nitrided clamps and locking pins together?
Sure. We supply matching nitrided rapid locking pins, angle brackets, support blocks and stops. You can choose a full nitrided set or mix nitrided table with standard black oxide accessories to control cost.
How long can the nitride layer last?
Service life depends on working conditions. For normal robotic welding with proper maintenance, the nitride welding table can stay functional for years. Heavy impact, grinding, concentrated pounding or continuous high temperature above 400℃ will damage the nitride layer prematurely.
