Production Process

Raw Q355 steel plates are first inspected for material quality and flatness. The qualified plates go through stress relief annealing to eliminate internal stress and avoid later deformation. Next, CNC gantry milling machines machine the table surface, side skirts and locating holes precisely according to drawing tolerances. All holes are reamed to ensure uniform aperture accuracy. After machining, the workpiece is cleaned thoroughly to remove cutting oil and metal debris. Then nitriding treatment is carried out to form a hard wear resistant surface layer. Finished tables will undergo strict flatness and dimension inspection.
