Manufactured from 304 / 316L stainless steel, equipped with D16 or D28 precision hole system, it supports flexible 3D clamping for various stainless steel and aluminum assemblies. Anti-rust, easy to clean and free of carbon pollution, this welding platform widely serves medical equipment, food machinery, ship fittings and automated robotic welding lines. We provide 12-month warranty for all stainless steel 3D modular welding tables from the date of shipment. The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the table body, including machining precision, welding structure and raw material issues. Warranty exclusion: damage caused by improper operation, overloading, concentrated long-time high-temperature welding, violent impact, unauthorized modification and normal wear.

FAQ

01.Can I customize the size of the benchtop welding table?

Yes. We accept OEM custom length, width and thickness according to your requirements.

02.Can I weld carbon steel workpieces on the stainless steel welding table?

Technically you can, but it is not recommended. Carbon steel debris may embed into the stainless surface and form rust spots (surface contamination). If you need to process both carbon steel and stainless steel, better use separate workstations.

03.Can the table be fitted with casters for moving?

Yes, mobile brake casters are optional. Please note: after installing casters, the maximum allowable load will decrease significantly. Casters are recommended for light workload and frequent transfer scenarios, not for heavy continuous welding.

04.Can I get a quotation quickly? How long for formal PI?

Please inform table size, hole system(D16/D28), material , required accessories. We send quotation within 24 working hours. Proforma Invoice will be issued once all details confirmed

05.Is wooden package suitable for sea freight? Do you offer fumigation certificate?

We adopt plywood cases (non-fumigation) for export, no need fumigation. If solid wooden box is required, we can arrange fumigation document separately.

06.Do you supply spare accessories separately after order?

Yes. We maintain long-term supply for all D16 & D28 clamps, locating pins and supports. You can place independent accessory orders anytime.
