1. Stress Relief Aging

Q355 Steel Welding Table: Artificial aging (annealing) after rough machining releases internal stress in the steel plate; without aging, the surface slowly warps under heat and heavy loads, leading to rapid loss of flatness.

HT300 Cast Iron Welding Table: Two aging treatments release the original stress of the casting, resulting in superior thermal stability compared to steel.

2. CNC Integral Milling: Drilling and milling are completed in one setup, ensuring hole spacing ±0.05mm and hole perpendicularity; separate setups and multiple machining operations lead to cumulative errors in hole positions, and fixture interchangeability deteriorates the process.

3. Nitriding (Most Prone to Pitfalls)

- Qualified: Nitriding layer 0.3-0.5mm, HV550-900, nitriding also applies to the inner walls of the holes, not just the surface; anti-weld slag adhesion, wear resistance.

> Nitriding ≠ Complete rust prevention; if the nitrided layer is damaged by impact, the damaged area will still rust.

4. Reinforcing Ribs on the Back: Dense reinforcing ribs are installed under the tabletop to prevent denting under pressure; a thin tabletop with sparse ribs will collapse locally under heavy loads, rendering the flatness unusable.
