Select the appropriate welding table model based on the size, shape, and weight of the workpiece. For example, sheet metal and small steel structures often use the D16 series platform, while large steel structures and heavy machinery often use the D28 series.
If workpiece sizes vary significantly, the D22 series platform is recommended to accommodate workpieces of varying sizes.

 

Choosing the Platform Structure:
Flexible welding platforms are divided into three main categories based on their structure: hole-type modular clamps, slot-type modular clamps, and modular dies. Slot-type modular clamps are further divided into 16mm, 12mm, and 8mm sizes, corresponding to large, medium, and small modular clamps, respectively.

Accuracy Requirements:
Select a welding table with the appropriate accuracy based on the precision requirements of the welding process. Platform accuracy levels are generally 0, 1, 2, and 3, with 0 and 1 being the highest accuracy levels.

Choose the right material and manufacturing process:
Select a platform manufactured by a reputable manufacturer. Ensure the material meets national standards (e.g., cast iron HT200-300) and is crafted with high-quality craftsmanship.
Inspect the platform's working surface hardness, typically HB170-240, and undergo appropriate heat treatment to ensure stability and durability.

 

Consider expandability and adaptability:
Consider the platform's expandability, such as whether it can be expanded and extended by adding supports (e.g., U-shaped boxes, L-shaped boxes, support angles, etc.) to accommodate welding larger workpieces.
Evaluate the platform's adaptability, namely, whether it can be easily assembled and configured to suit the shape and size of the workpiece.
