The 3D Welding Work Table is a modular, high-precision, and reconfigurable spatial positioning platform for welding applications. Its core design features precision-machined surfaces on all five sides, integrated with a standardized grid of reference holes; when combined with an extensive array of fixturing components, it enables comprehensive spatial positioning and clamping across the X, Y, and Z axes, thereby replacing traditional "one-fixture-per-workpiece" rigid tooling.

- Material: HT300 Cast Iron (wear-resistant, low internal stress) or Q345 Steel (high strength); the surface typically undergoes gas nitriding treatment, achieving a hardness of HRC 35–45, offering resistance to welding spatter and deformation.
- Hole System Standards (Two Mainstream Types):
- D28 (φ28mm): Hole spacing of 100 × 100 mm; suitable for heavy loads and large workpieces (heavy machinery, vehicle frames).
- D16 (φ16mm): Hole spacing of 50 × 50 mm; suitable for precision applications and small-to-medium-sized parts (sheet metal fabrication, robotic welding).
- Precision: Flatness of 0.1 mm/1000 mm; hole positioning accuracy of ±0.03 to ±0.1 mm; positioning and clamping are possible on all five faces.
- Dimensions: Standard sizes include 1000 × 2000 mm and 1500 × 3000 mm; the units can be seamlessly spliced together to accommodate oversized workpieces.
