Our Flexible Welding Fixture Table, also known as 3D modular welding platform, delivers a high-precision modular clamping solution for metal fabrication, assembly and precision welding. Equipped with standardized grid hole system across five working surfaces, this fixture table supports free combination of positioning blocks, supports and quick locking pins to build customized jigs within minutes.
Available in D16 (50×50mm) and D28 (100×100mm) standard hole patterns, we supply both cast iron and steel structure platforms with integral nitriding treatment. Boasting outstanding flatness ≤0.1mm/m and stable repeat positioning accuracy, the flexible welding fixture table eliminates repeated investment in dedicated custom jigs. It perfectly adapts to multi-variety, small-batch production and works seamlessly for manual welding workshops as well as robotic welding stations.
