Standard functional module
All module interfaces are unified and dimensions are standardized, allowing for arbitrary combination and repeated use.
- Positioning module: positioning pins (cylindrical / rhombic), V-blocks, positioning blocks, stop blocks - precisely determine the X/Y/Z three-dimensional position of the workpiece.
- Clamping module: quick clamps, screw clamps, elbow clamps, magnetic clamps - firmly lock the workpiece within the three-dimensional space.
- Supporting module: equal-height blocks, adjustable support legs, columns, boxes, angle gauges, angle regulators - construct complex spatial support structures.
- Connecting module: locking pins, bolts, nuts, washers - achieve rapid locking (single module locking / disassembly ≤ 1 minute) between the module and the platform, and between modules.
