Core features

High-strength load-bearing: The base material's yield strength is ≥ 355 MPa, and the countertop can bear a load of 1000kg/㎡ to 5000kg/㎡. It can handle the welding and clamping of large sheet metal and steel structures without deformation.
High wear resistance: The countertop undergoes quenching and surface hardening treatment, which can withstand the wear caused by welding sparks, workpiece impacts, and repeated clamping by the tooling. The holes on the countertop will not deform or have burrs even after long-term use.
Resistance to high-temperature deformation: The steel undergoes quenching and stress relief treatment. During welding operations, affected by high-temperature radiation and local heating, the positional tolerance of the countertop is ≤ 0.05mm/m, ensuring stable positioning accuracy.
Anti-rust and corrosion resistance: The surface undergoes multi-layer anti-rust treatment (phosphating + epoxy spray painting / galvanizing), which can resist corrosion from the workshop's humidity, welding fumes, and coolant. It extends the service life.
Repairability: If a small area of the countertop is slightly worn, it can be restored to its original precision by re-milling, re-welding, and grinding. Compared to the brittle fracture of cast iron countertops and the irreparable nature of thin steel plate countertops, the service life of steel countertops is longer (up to 8-15 years for regular industrial use).
Installation and Adaptability
Installation requirements: The overall design is either complete assembly or split design (most platforms over 2000mm are split). No professional foundation is required. Only a flat cement floor is needed. The platform can be calibrated for levelness by the bottom steel adjustable foot pads (adjustable range ±50mm). The installation can be completed by one person in 1-2 hours;
Workshop compatibility: It can be paired with welding ventilators, positioners, robotic arms and other welding auxiliary equipment. The platform has reserved external fixing holes, which can be connected to the automated welding production line and adapted to all welding processes such as manual welding, gas shielded welding, and argon arc welding;
Space expansion: Multiple platforms can be connected for use (the same specification platform body has precise connection positioning pins). It can form an ultra-long welding platform over 10 meters, meeting the welding needs of large steel structures and container accessories with extremely large workpieces. The overall positioning accuracy after connection is still ≤ 0.1mm/m;
Mobility option: The high-end model can be equipped with steel universal wheels + brakes to achieve flexible movement at different workstations in the workshop, adapting to small batch, multi-station transfer production modes. The wheel group's load capacity matches the platform body, and there is no precision deviation after movement.
Processing technology details

The core advantages of "Welding Fabrication table" do not merely stem from the base material itself, but rather rely on the meticulous processing techniques. This is what distinguishes it from inferior steel welding tables. The main process flow is as follows:
Material cutting: Laser cutting / CNC flame cutting to ensure the dimensional tolerance of the sheet ≤ ±0.5mm, without burrs or missing corners;
1.Stress relief: High-temperature tempering treatment (600-650℃) to eliminate the internal stress generated during steel rolling and cutting, preventing the deformation of the table surface caused by stress release in the later use from the root;
2.Precision milling: CNC gantry milling for the tabletop and hole systems, completing all processing in one setup, with the hole alignment ≤ 0.02mm, and the flatness ≤ 0.03mm/m;
3.Surface hardening: High-frequency induction hardening, only hardening the working layer of the tabletop (3-5mm), retaining the toughness of the base material and avoiding brittle fracture of the steel due to overall hardening, with a hardness of HB280-HB350 after hardening, and the wear resistance increased by 3-5 times;
4.Anti-rust protection: Acid washing → phosphating → electrostatic spraying / hot-dip galvanizing, with a spray coating thickness of ≥ 80μm and a galvanizing layer thickness of ≥ 60μm. Outdoor storage (with rain protection) for 1 year shows no rust stains, and in a humid workshop environment for 3-5 years, there is no obvious rusting;
5.Overall assembly: The frame and tabletop are fixed with high-strength bolts + welding, the steel frame is degreased by shot blasting and then sprayed with paint, all welding areas are treated with anti-rust topcoats, with no exposed weld seams or peeling paint issues.
Export transportation

Anti-rust upgrade: The entire frame is sprayed with anti-rust oil (neutral anti-rust, non-corrosive), and then a PE protective film is applied; the tray is lined with moisture-proof aluminum foil paper, and silica gel desiccants (≥ 500g per cubic meter) are placed inside to deal with condensation in the shipping container;
Packaging upgrade: The entire item is placed in an IPCP standard wooden packaging box (solid wood / plywood, all undergo fumigation treatment), and a fumigation label is affixed to the outside of the box (including fumigation number, date, and exporting country), to avoid customs seizure;
Fixation upgrade: Wooden strips are used as a shock-proof frame inside the box, and polyurethane foam / foam board is filled between the frame and the inner wall of the wooden box, with no gaps; The box and the bottom of the wooden box are fixed with expansion screws to prevent shaking during transportation;
Accessory upgrade: The accessory box is equipped with product instructions, material certificates, warranty card, and installation drawings (multi-language versions: English / local language), and an accessory list is attached for easy customer counting;
Identification upgrade: Multi-language transportation labels are pasted on the outside of the wooden box (English as the main language, including local languages), indicating: product name, specification, gross weight / net weight, volume, origin port / destination port, customer number, Fragile (fragile / precise), Heavy Cargo (heavy cargo), Do Not Stack (prohibit stacking), etc. Core identifiers, and a shipping mark (including LOGO, product SKU) is also attached.
