Differences in aging processes
Our fabrication 3d welding table blanks undergo a dual-stage aging process-combining high-temperature annealing with vibratory aging. They are held at a constant 550°C for 24 hours to relieve internal stress, followed by vibratory aging to eliminate residual stress; this ensures the plates do not warp or lose flatness during long-term use after welding or casting.
In contrast, low-cost models on the market receive only a simple coat of paint and no aging treatment. Consequently, the table deforms due to heat after just 3–6 months of use, causing hole misalignment and rendering the entire fixture assembly useless for precise positioning.
Distinguishing the Merits and Drawbacks of Nitriding Processes
Our product: Features a composite treatment of deep gas nitriding and low-temperature oxidation. It offers a nitrided layer depth of 0.3–0.5 mm and a hardness exceeding HV500; the nitrogen diffuses into the steel matrix, ensuring the coating will not peel or flake off. High-temperature weld spatter adheres only lightly and is easily removed with a single scrape, while the hole walls resist wear and enlargement despite repeated fixture insertion and removal.
Low-end competing products: Rely on simple surface blackening, thin spray coatings, or shallow soft-nitriding. They peel and rust upon contact with hot weld spatter, suffer rapid hole wear, and lose dimensional accuracy within six months.


Differences in bottom reinforcement rib structures
The underside of the D28 heavy-duty table features a dense grid of intersecting ribs-spaced evenly at 200 mm with a thickness of 12–15 mm-capable of supporting a 3-ton point load without significant deflection; in contrast, tables from smaller manufacturers use thinner, sparsely arranged ribs, causing the surface to sag under heavy workpieces and resulting in dimensional deviations across batch-welded components.
Hole Machining Precision Control
Five-sided CNC machining across the entire surface is performed with a welding table setup; hole-to-hole tolerances are strictly controlled to within ±0.03mm, resulting in smooth, burr-free internal walls. In contrast, low-cost products involve batch drilling where cumulative errors can reach 0.2mm; clamping the workpiece leads to cumulative dimensional deviations, causing a significant increase in the rework rate.

Certification

Routine Maintenance and Care
After welding and cooling, knock off surface slag and use a wire brush to clear spatter from the holes.
Wipe the tabletop with alcohol to remove oil and flux residue, preventing corrosion of the nitrided layer.
Cover with the dust-proof plate when not in use, and insert dust plugs into all holes.
Remove the locating pin, clear metal chips from the pin hole, and apply a small amount of high-temperature grease.
Check the outrigger locking bolts and caster brakes for looseness.
Re-verify the flatness of the Compact Modular Welding Table using a laser; if slight deformation is detected, re-level the legs to compensate.
Areas with extensive wear or flaking of the nitrided layer can be repaired via localized re-nitriding.
