Our Heavy Duty Welding Jig Table, also known as 3D Modular Welding Fixture Table, is a high-precision, stress-relieved work platform built for heavy fabrication, robotic welding and assembly. Equipped with standard grid hole system (D16 / D28), this modular jig table enables fast, repeatable positioning and clamping for a wide range of workpieces. It eliminates the need for custom one-off welding fixtures, shortens changeover time and guarantees consistent dimensional accuracy for batch production. Available in nitrided Q355 steel or HT300 cast iron, our welding jig table delivers outstanding rigidity, anti-spatter performance and heavy load capacity for demanding industrial workshops.

- The verticality and parallelism of the tabletop are strictly machined, and the side is also perforated (3D welding table can be used on five sides), supporting vertical clamping of workpieces
