- 3D Positioning: Utilizing a hole-mesh system and standard modules, the workpiece is quickly and accurately positioned in the X (left/right), Y (front/back), and Z (up/down) directions, establishing a stable 3D coordinate system.
- Modular Assembly: Like "welding Lego," tooling for different workpieces can be reconfigured within minutes using quick-locking pins/bolts, eliminating the need to redesign and manufacture specialized fixtures.
- Rigid Support: The high-rigidity platform and modules work together to resist welding heat deformation and gravity, ensuring workpiece dimensional stability and controllable geometric tolerances during welding.
