Production Process

Nitrided welding table with accessories

High‑grade cast iron is cast into platform blanks, which undergo stress‑relief annealing to eliminate internal casting stress and prevent subsequent deformation.
Rough machining shapes basic outlines and hole positions, followed by natural aging to release residual stress.
CNC finish‑machining processes the tabletop and locating holes with tight tolerances to ensure flatness and interchangeable hole accuracy.
Workpieces go through deep nitriding inside the furnace to form a uniform hardened surface layer. Process parameters are strictly controlled to avoid component distortion.
Secondary calibration is performed after nitriding. Flatness and hole spacing are inspected and adjusted to meet qualified tolerances.
Final cleaning and full inspection are completed. Qualified units are packed for shipment, fully machined and calibrated before delivery.
