- Base Material: Mainstream is Q355 steel / HT300 cast iron, offering high rigidity, good vibration damping, and resistance to deformation.
- Rust Prevention and Hardening (Core): Nitriding (most commonly used): Forms a 0.2–0.8mm nitrided layer + 1–2μm oxide film (Fe₃O₄) on the surface, with a hardness of HV450–630, providing wear resistance, rust prevention, and resistance to weld slag adhesion.
- Stainless Steel Material: 304/316 stainless steel, suitable for high-cleanliness and highly corrosive environments, but with higher cost.
- Blackening / Zinc Plating: Basic rust prevention, suitable for general working conditions.

Basic Info
1. Hole system (D16/D28):
D28 (diameter 28mm): hole spacing of 100 × 100mm, suitable for heavy loads, large workpieces, and heavy-duty fixtures; The most universal.
D16 (φ 16mm): hole spacing of 50 × 50mm, suitable for light load, precision small parts, and compact space scenarios.
Accuracy: Flatness 0.02mm/1000mm, hole tolerance ± 0.05mm , surface roughness Ra1.6-3.2.
2. Rust proof hard surface treatment
Nitriding (mainstream):
HV450-630 high hardness dense layer is generated on the surface (Fe ∝ O ₄ oxide film+ε - Fe ₂₋∝ N nitride).
Rust prevention: isolate water and oxygen, prevent rust in humid environments for a long time, and do not require frequent oiling.
Resistance to welding slag: Welding slag does not adhere and can be easily removed by tapping lightly after cooling.
Wear resistant: The hole wall is not easily worn, with long-lasting accuracy and a lifespan increase of 3-5 times.

Modular fixture
1. Positioning category
Positioning pin/cylindrical pin: Insert into the surface of the table, perform benchmark positioning, and limit the movement of the workpiece.
Stop estimation block: The stop block limits the position and fixes the left and right, front and rear benchmarks of the workpiece.
2. Locking and compression type
Locking pin/quick locking bolt: Quickly lock the fixture and workpiece onto the table, and complete disassembly and assembly in one second.
Quick clamp (vertical/horizontal clamp): Press the board and square tube from top to bottom and from the side.
Tensioner/Puller: Narrowing the gap and correcting deformed workpieces.
3. Angle and support category
Right angle positioning block/90 degree angle ruler: Accurately weld right angle frames and square tube frames.
Angler (30 °/45 °/60 °/adjustable angle): position slant support and workpiece with abnormal angle.
Supporting cushion block/equal height block: Elevate the workpiece, suspend welding, and prevent welding slag from sticking to the table surface.
V-shaped block: specifically designed for supporting and positioning circular pipes, round steel, and pipe fittings.
4. Extension splicing type
Extended square box/U-shaped square box/connecting square box: Elevate, lengthen, and expand the scope of tooling, and weld large frames and racks.
Connecting corner pieces and adapter blocks: cross hole and misaligned installation fixtures, suitable for complex shaped parts.

- The nitriding rust proof tabletop is basically maintenance free, does not require frequent oil brushing, and the welding slag can be easily knocked off, making cleaning simple.
- Modular fixtures have high hardness and wear resistance, and can be used normally for 8-10 years without wear or looseness.
- Just regularly clean the welding slag on the table and lubricate the locking threads with a small amount.
